# How can I return a product from Belgium or the Netherlands?

It's simple & at our expense. Just follow the steps below:

1. Register your return via the following link: http://retour.stoked.shop

2. Enter your zip code.

3. Enter your track & trace code or order number.

Track & Trace: This is the DPD tracking number. It consists of 14 digits & starts with 0534.

Order Number: This is your order number in our Stoked online shop.
It consists of a # and 5 digits. Fill it in as follows: #12345

4. Choose a DPD delivery point and print the label.

5. Wrap the package well and use enough tape to keep the box closed during transport.

6. Stick the return label on your package and deliver it to a DPD delivery point of your choice. We take care of the rest.
