What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be safely stored in a DPD Service point near you. We will send you a notification e-mail with the delivery location. Your order can be picked up at the DPD service point up to 5 days after delivery.

You can easily check this digitally via the Track & Trace code we've sent via e-mail.
