# What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be safely stored in a **DPD Service point near you**. We will send you a notification e-mail with the delivery location. Your order can be picked up at the DPD service point up to 5 days after delivery.
You can easily **check** this **digitally** via the **Track & Trace code** we've sent via e-mail.
