# When can I expect my package?

For Belgium & The Netherlands: if you order **before 4pm on a workday**, the package will be packed and **shipped the same day**. You will also receive a tracking code of this.

In **most EU countries** it will be delivered to your home** within 1 or 2 business days**. Sometimes it can take a day longer, depending on how busy the carrier network is at that time.  For detailed delivery times per country, take a look at the table: "**delivery costs and average delivery time**".
